Call for Applications
The Current Research in Egyptology (CRE) Permanent Committee invites applications for the creation of a new CRE Editing Committee, which stems from a vote held at the last Annual General Meeting, in Basel. The Editing Committee will consult with the Organizing Committee (OC) on matters related to the publication of the annual conference proceedings, aiding and supporting the Organizing Committee in this task at the discretion of the OC. This position is offered on a volunteer basis; however, members of the Editing Committee who help in the publication of the annual conference proceedings will be listed in the publication and receive appropriate credit for their work. The starting date is subject to the availability of the applicants and the needs of the previous OC (Basel 2023), but will be no earlier than the end of January 2024.
