Registration

We’re happy to announce the online registration system is now open.

To take part in the conference you need to create a user account, register to the conference and make a payment (bursary holders register without a fee).

The basic registration fee for a participant (with or without poster/presentation) covers a conference kit, four days of paper presentations, three keynote lectures, three days of tea/coffee breaks as well as evening social events (more details to follow shortly). We also offer a full registration fee which is extended with a special conference dinner.

The dinner will be held on Thursday, 5th May, 7PM at the Wierzynek restaurant – a very special place that dates back as early as the University. The restaurant is located at the very Main Market Square of Krakow in another historical building. In the atmosphere full of medieval traditions we will surely have a unique meal.

Starter: Goat cheese gateau with fried pears on roasted beetroots with thyme and pinewood & balsamic sauce

Main course: Traditional roast duck with apples (as a vegetarian option fish or a grilled vegetables gateau) with a glass of a Hungarian wine – Riesling Selection, Badascony by Szeremley or Egri Cuvee, Eger by Thumerrer

Dessert: Home-made cheesecake served with strawberry sauce and vanilla ice cream

All participants must register to the conference before it starts, the system will close automatically on 30th April 2016.

Unregistered speakers/poster presenters will be removed from the conference final programme.

During our conference you have opportunity to visit Jagiellonian University Museum, however visiting groups are limited to 20 people. That is why we kindly ask you to register for a the trip around museum. Please fill out the registration by choosing a suitable date and hour.

We also have a possibility to organize a walking-sightseeing trip around Kraków. However, we need to gather a group of min. 10 people for such. If you are interested in this event, please choose the proper option in the registration form.

Both, visit in the Museum and sightseeing are for free.
